Bellingrath Gardens Purple Pepper
"Named in honor of Mobile, Alabama's famous gardens, it is strikingly beautiful. Such an ornamental plant, it is right at home in the flower bed or in containers by itself. Has deep purple leaves with lovely variegation in cream and lilac accents. Fruits are about 1 inch long and pendant shaped, starting out purple-green and ripening to red with purple-red undertones. Fruits are hot and very prolific. "
