Kiwi Fruit

Kiwi Fruit is a hardy vine that can produce up to 300 pounds of fruit on a single vine. Fruit is rich in potassium and vitamin C and about the size of a grape. The kiwi fruit is eaten with the skin on. Hardy Kiwi vines are cold hardy and very easy to grow but care must be take to protect first year seedlings as they are subseptible to root rot in the winter. This vine must have strong trellis to hold up the fruit!
