"Use the seeds of these very interesting plants as beads. My wife first discovered Job's Tears when a patient of hers showed her a rosary made from these beautiful seeds. Just grow them, harvest the seeds, and pull the thin filament through the seed and it is pre-drilled and ready to string . The seeds vary in color from a steel gray to amber to deep brown. A relative of corn ( in fact the seeds are harvested and eaten in parts of Asia),the plants require no special care and can be used as a border or landscape plant. Very interesting plant that deserves much more attention, especially with crafters. Untreated seeds. Also known as David's tears, Saint Mary's tears, Christ's tears, Lacryma Christi and tear drops."
